临床护士共情疲劳现状及其影响因素研究

Study on the status of compassion fatigue of clinical nurses and its influencing factors

目的探讨临床护士共情疲劳现状及影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、共情疲劳量表、护士人文执业能力量表对545名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果临床护士共情疲劳总分为3.50(2.50~4.50)分;人文执业能力总分为(3.74±0.70)分;二者之间呈负相关(P<0.01);临床护士值夜班情况、对护理工作的喜欢程度及护士人文执业能力是共情疲劳的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论临床护士共情疲劳较严重,受多种因素影响,护理管理者应针对影响因素进行干预,改善临床护士共情疲劳状况。

Objective To explore the current status of compassion fatigue in clinical nurses and analyze corresponding relations.Methods A total of 545 clinical nurses were surveyed by the general information questionnaire,the compassion fatigue scale,and nurses'humanistic competence Scale.Results The total score of compassion fatigue of clinical nurses was 3.50(2.50~4.50).The total score of humanistic practice ability was(3.74±0.70).There was a negative correlation between them(P<0.01).Clinical nurses'average night shift days,preference for nursing work and humanistic practice ability were the main influencing factors of compassion fatigue(P<0.01).Conclusion Compassion fatigue was more serious in clinical nurses under the influence of various factors.Nursing managers should take targeted strategies to improve the situation of empathic fatigue of clinical nurses.
