桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗后伴肺部感染的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of Eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules combined piperacillin and tazobactam in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients with post-chemotherapy pulmonary infection

目的分析桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)化疗后伴肺部感染患者的临床疗效及对炎性因子、肺功能的影响。方法将90例晚期NSCLC化疗后伴肺部感染患者按治疗方案不同分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=40),对照组予以哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后炎性因子、肺功能情况及不良反应。结果观察组患者总有效率为96.00%(48/50),明显高于对照组患者的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。治疗前,两组患者第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);治疗后,两组患者FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平均较治疗前上升,IL-6、IL-8、CRP、TNF-α水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论对晚期NSCLC化疗后伴肺部感染患者予以桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗可有效改善肺功能,缓解炎性反应,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of Eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules combined piperacillin and tazobactam in advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with post-chemotherapy pulmonary infection and the effect on inflammatory factors and lung function.Method 90 advanced NSCLC patients with post-chemathrapy pulmonary infection were divided into experimental group(n=50,treated with piperacillin and tazobactam+Eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules)and control group(n=40,treated with piperacillin and tazobactam),and the clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors and lung function before and after treatment,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.00%vs 77.50%,P<0.01).There were no significant differences in forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC,interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-8,C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the two groups increased,while the IL-6,IL-8,CRP and TNF-αdecreased,with superior experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules with piperacillin and tazobactam in the advanced NSCLC patients with post-chemothrapy pulmonary infection can effectively improve lung function,relieve inflammation,and improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical application.
