乡村振兴背景下的村镇宜居生态环境建设策略研究——以济南仁里村为例

Research on the Livable Ecological Environment Construction Strategy in Villages and Towns under the Context of Rural Revitalization:Taking Renli Village in Jinan City as an Example

乡村振兴战略是村镇环境建设一种新的导向,生态理念为村镇环境建设提供了一种新的发展模式。文章以山东省济南市仁里村为研究对象,通过对村镇进行现场调研及问卷调查,发现其存在收入水平不高、基础设施不完善、房屋质量参差不齐和资源利用水平较低等问题,结合山东省乡村生态振兴发展理念,提出村镇产业转型发展、村镇设施空间规划、村镇建筑技术创新和生态资源格局调整等村镇宜居生态环境建设策略,加快村镇建设、提升村镇环境,加强监管长效机制,推动村镇建设发展水平向更高的层次迈进,以期为村镇建设发展提供借鉴意义。

The strategy of rural revitalization is a new direction of the environmental construction of villages and towns,and the ecological concept provides a new development mode for it.Taking Renli Village in Jinan City as an example,through the on-the-spot investigation and subjective questionnaire survey,this paper finds that there are some problems,such as low income level,imperfect infrastructure,uneven housing quality and low level of resource utilization.Combined with the development concept of rural ecological revitalization in Shandong Province,it puts forward strategies for the construction of livable ecological environment in villages and towns,including industry transformation and development,the facilities spatial planning,and the innovation on construction technology,and the adjustment of ecological resources pattern and so on,accelerate the construction of villages and towns,improve the environment of villages and towns,in order to strengthen the long-term supervision mechanism,and to promote the development level of villages and towns to a higher level,hoping to provide reference for the construction and development of villages and towns.
