布拉氏酵母菌治疗急性腹泻患儿的效果及不良反应 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌治疗急性腹泻患儿的效果及不良反应。方法将2016年10月至2018年10月于本院进行治疗的100例急性腹泻患儿按照入院顺序分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予布拉氏酵母菌治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的止泻时间、呕吐消失时间、腹痛消失时间、便常规正常时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的大便频次和大便性状评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD3^+、CD4^+水平、CD4^+/CD8^+均高于对照组,CD8^+水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌治疗急性腹泻患儿的临床效果显著,可改善患儿临床症状,降低不良反应发生率。 Objective To explore the effects and adverse reactions of Saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea.Methods A total of 100 children with acute diarrhea treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was given Saccharomyces boulardii on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The antidiarrheal time,vomiting disappearance time,abdominal pain disappearance time,stool routine normal time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the stool frequency and stool character score of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8+level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea has significant clinical effect,which can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
