超声乳化术治疗白内障患者的临床效果

摘要 目的研究超声乳化术治疗白内障患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的86例白内障患者作为研究对象,按照不同手术方式将其分为观察组(超声乳化术)和对照组(小切口非超声乳化术),各43例。比较两组患者的内皮细胞功能指标、视力和并发症发生情况。结果术后1周,两组CD均降低,但观察组下降幅度小于对照组(P<0.05);两组CCT均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组6A%均下降(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。术后1周及1、3个月,两组视力均高于术前(P<0.05);术后1周,观察组视力高于对照组(P<0.05);术后1、3个月,两组视力比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。两组的并发症总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论与小切口非超声乳化术相比,超声乳化术对白内障患者膜内皮细胞的损伤小,早期视力恢复较快,但两种式术的并发症总发生率无明显差异,因此,临床应根据患者自身情况选择合适的术式。 Objective To study the clinical effect of phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract patients.Methods A total of 86 cataract patients admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group(phacoemulsification)and control group(non-phacoemulsification with small incision)according to different surgical modes,with 43 cases in each group.The endothelial function indexes,visual acuity and complications of the two groups were compared.Results At 1 week after operation,CD in both groups decreased,but the decrease range in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);CCT in both groups increased,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);6A%in both groups decreased(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation,the visual acuity of the two groups were higher than that before operation(P<0.05);at 1 week after operation,the visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);at 1 and 3 months after operation,there were no significant differences in visual acuity between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with non-phacoemulsification with small incision,phacoemulsification has less damage to membrane endothelial cells and faster recovery of early visual acuity,but there is no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two surgical modes.Therefore,it is necessary to select the appropriate operation according to the patients'own situation.
