平肝潜阳汤结合针灸治疗肝阳上亢型血管神经性头痛的效果及对Hcy、CRP水平的影响

Effect of Pinggan Qianyang decoction combined with acupuncture on angioneurotic headache with hyperactivity of liver Yang and its influences on Hcy and CRP levels

目的探讨平肝潜阳汤结合针灸治疗肝阳上亢型血管神经性头痛的效果及对Hcy、CRP水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年8月收治的90例肝阳上亢型血管神经性头痛患者作为研究对象,根据入院顺序进行排号,以单双号之分将其分为对照组(45例,常规西药治疗)和观察组(45例,平肝潜阳汤结合针灸治疗)。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组头痛程度评分低于对照组,头痛发作次数少于对照组,每次持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Hcy、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平肝潜阳汤结合针灸治疗肝阳上亢型血管神经性头痛的效果满意,还可有效降低Hcy、CRP水平,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Pinggan Qianyang decoction combined with acupuncture on angioneurotic headache with hyperactivity of liver Yang and its influences on Hcy and CRP levels.Methods Ninety patients with angioneurotic headache with hyperactivity of liver Yang admitted from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were ranked according to the order of admission and divided into control group(45 cases,conventional western medicine treatment)and observation group(45 cases,Pinggan Qianyang decoction combined with acupuncture)by the single and double numbers.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the headache degree score on the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the number of headache attacks was less than that on the control group,and the duration of each time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Hcy and CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pinggan Qianyang decoction combined with acupuncture has a satisfactory effect on treating angioneurotic headache with hyperactivity of liver yang.It can effectively reduce the levels of Hcy and CRP,which is worthy of promotion.
