饮食管理在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨饮食管理在脑卒中后吞咽障碍(DAS)患者中的应用效果。方法将100例DAS患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上根据患者吞咽困难程度加强饮食管理。比较两组的应用效果。结果干预后,观察组洼田饮水试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ级患者占比高于对照组,Ⅲ级患者占比低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组ALB、TP、PA、TF水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强DAS患者饮食管理干预,可有效改善吞咽困难症状,减少并发症,改善营养状况。 Objective To investigate the application effect of diet management in patients with dysphagia after stroke(DAS).Methods A total of 100 DAS patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group strengthened diet management by the degree of dysphagia on the basis of the control group.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the proportion of gradeⅠandⅡof water swallow test in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the proportion of gradeⅢin the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the levels of ALB,TP,PA and TF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening diet management intervention in DAS patients can effectively improve dysphagia symptom,reduce complications,and ameliorate nutritional status.
