摘要
长三角一体化背景下,优化区域医疗卫生资源配置,促进优质医疗资源共享共用成为必然要求。为了促进长三角区域神经专科技术资源的结构调整,提升区域内神经系统疾病防治的整体水平,建议以患者的实际医疗需求为导向,借鉴国内外跨区域专科联盟建设的成功经验与典型案例,结合逻辑分析与专家咨询的相应建议,探索构建以人才流动、优势互补、协同发展为特征的跨区域、横纵结合、松散型的神经系统疾病专科联盟。
Under the background of the integration of Yangtze River Delta,it is inevitable to optimize the allocation of regional medical and health resources and promote the sharing of high-quality medical resources.In order to promote the structural adjustment of neurology technical resources and improve the overall level of prevention and treatment of neurological diseases in the Yangtze River Delta region,it is suggested to take into consideration successful experience and typical cases,combine suggestions from logical analysis and expert consultation under the guidance of patients’actual medical needs,and explore the establishment of a horizontally and vertically integrated,loose-type,and cross-regional alliance of neurology featuring talent flow,complementary advantages,and coordinated development.
