摘要
黄芪又名黄耆,以其根入药,具有益气壮脾、活血止痛之功效。文献记载其中含有多糖、黄酮类、皂苷类等成分。研究表明,黄芪的有效成分可作用于机体免疫细胞,直接或间接的发挥免疫防御、自身稳定和监视的重要作用,在炎症反应和抑制细胞恶性增殖方面扮演重要角色,文章将阐述黄芪有效成分及其分别对于中性粒细胞、树突状细胞、NK细胞和T淋巴细胞的作用机制,进而为肿瘤和免疫性疾病的治疗提供新思路。
Astragalus membranaceus,also known as astragalus,with its root into medicine,has a strong spleen,the effect of living blood pain relief.The literature contains polysaccharides,flavonoids,saponins and other components.Studies have shown that the active components of astragalus can act on immune cells,directly or indirectly play an important role in immune defense,self stabilization and monitoring,and play an important role in inflammatory response and inhibition of cell malignant proliferation.In this paper,we will elaborate the effective components of astragalus and their mechanism of action on neutrophils,dendritic cells,NK cells and T lymphocytes,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of tumor and immune diseases.
