盆底康复联合雷火灸治疗在压力性尿失禁女性患者中的应用

Application of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Combined with Thunder-Fire Moxibustion in Female Patients with Stress Incontinence

目的:探究盆底康复联合雷火灸治疗对女性压力性尿失禁患者的临床效果及价值。方法:选取广西中医药大学第一附属医院仙葫院区妇产科门诊于2019年3月至2019年12月收治的84例女性压力性尿失禁患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组实施盆底康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合雷火灸治疗,治疗周期均为4周,治疗结束后对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,对照组治疗总有效率为76.19%,观察组患者情绪、日常生活能力、尿失禁漏尿程度及性生活质量方面均优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对女性压力性尿失禁患者采用盆底康复联合雷火灸治疗能有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,疗效确切,其操作简便、安全、无创,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:to explore the clinical effect and value of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on female Stress incontinence patients.Methods:Atotal of 84 female patients with stress incontinence in outpatient department of gynecology and obstetrics in Xianhu Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional ChineseMedicine fromMarch 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group received thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The treatment cycle was 4 weeks,After treatment,the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation groups was 95.24%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.19%,The emotion,activities of daily living,urinary incontinence,urinary leakage and sexual life quality of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with thunder-fire moxibustion is effective in improving the clinical symptoms and quality of life of female patients with stress incontinence.Its curative effect is definite,its operation is simple,safe and noninvasive,and it is worthy of clinical application.
