浅谈PBL模式结合看图对话TM工具包在内分泌科临床教学中的体会 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨PBL教学模式结合糖尿病看图对话TM工具包在临床护生的教学中的应用效果。方法:将2018年3月至2019年10月在广西中医药大学第一附属医院内分泌科进行护理学习的70名实习护生按入科批次随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各35名。观察组通过运用PBL教学模式同时结合上糖尿病看图对话TM工具包进行小组互动式讨论学习,对照组采用单纯的PBL教学方式。比较这两组学生的学习效果。两组学生均采用2次/月给予教学,比较护生的专科理论知识成绩、专科操作技能成绩的差异。结果:观察组的理论考试、操作考试的成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);在满意度评价方面,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学模式结合糖尿病看图对话TM工具包的使用,能使理论与临床实践相结合,让学生更积极主动的参与到教学活动中,启发学生的临床思维,提高内分泌科实习护生的专科临床护理理论和技术操作等综合能力,也提高了临床专科带教老师对实习护生的教学带教质量,该形式值得在内分泌科临床护理教学中推广应用。 Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL teaching mode combined with diabetic picture reading dialogue TM toolkit in the teaching of clinical nursing students.Methods:From March 2018 to October 2019,70 nursing students in the Department of Endocrinology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 in each group.In the observation group,PBL teaching mode was used combined with the TM toolkit of diabetes map reading dialogue for group interactive discussion learning,while the control group was given PBL teaching mode only.The learning effect of the two groups were compared.Two groups of students were given teaching twice a month,and the differences in the scores of theoretical knowledge and operation skills of nursing students were compared.Results:The scores of theory test and operation test in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);in terms of satisfaction evaluation,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL teaching mode combined with the use of TM toolkit for diabetes map reading dialogue can combine theory with clinical practice,enable students to actively participate in teaching activities,inspire students'clinical thinking,improve the comprehensive ability of clinical nursing theory and technical operation of clinical nursing students in endocrinology department,and also improve the teaching quality of clinical teachers for nursing students,This form is worth of promotion and application in clinical nursing teaching of endocrinology department.
