响应面法优化生脱壳苦荞米色选机的工作参数 被引量:2

Optimization on Processing Parameters of Color Sorter for Rice-Type Tartary Buckwheat by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为探索苦荞色选的最佳工艺方案,以CCD色选机为研究对象,采用Box-Behnken设计原理和响应面法,比较色选机供料量、供气时间、灵敏度等工作参数对苦荞色选精度和带出比的影响。结果表明,供料量、供气时间、灵敏度对色选精度有极显著影响,影响程度为灵敏度>供料量>供气时间;供气时间对带出比影响不显著,而灵敏度和供料量对带出比具有显著影响。苦荞色选最优工作参数组合为供料量30,供气时间18ms,灵敏度34,对应的色选精度为80.79%、带出比为2.41,验证值与模型预测值相对一致。结果表明,该优化参数适用于苦荞不良品分选,可以为优化苦荞色选机的工作参数提供参考。 In order to obtain the best technological parameters of CCD color sorting process for rice-type Tartary Buckwheat,the study investigated the influence of the quantity,blowing time and sensitivity on the color sorting accuracy and ratio of color separation mass.The optimal process parameters were determined using the Box-Behnken design principle combined with the response surface methodology.The results showed that all of the three process parameters had a remarkable effect on color sorting accuracy,and quantity and sensitivity had a significant impact on ratio of color separation mass.The order of effective extent was sensitivity>quantity>blowing time.The optimal processing parameters were as follows:the quantity 30,the blowing time 18 ms,and the sensitivity 34,corresponding to the color sorting accuracy of 80.79%and the ratio of color separation mass of 2.41,and the experimental value was in accordance with the predicted value.The results show that the optimized parameters are suitable for the separation of rice-type Tartary Buckwheat,which provide reference for optimizing the working parameters of Tartary Buckwheat color sorter.
