新工科视域下信息管理类大学生实践知识创生路径研究 被引量:4

On the Creation Path of Practical Knowledge of College Students in Information Management Majors from the Perspective of Emerging Engineering

摘要 大学生实践知识内隐于个体中,难以测量和评价,其生成机理一直是"黑箱"问题。本研究以信息管理类专业教学改革为切入点,系统总结符合新工科建设理念的核心教学环节:个体学习、团队学习、实践社区、课堂教学和目标考核,运用模糊集定性比较方法(fsQCA)分析五种教学行为与大学生实践知识创生的复杂因果关系,提炼出两条实践知识创生路径:课堂主导型和实践主导型。两条路径各代表不同的教学范式,课堂主导型以课堂教学和团队学习的组合为主,作为传统教学模式,在新工科时代仍然适用;实践主导型重视团队学习和实践社区两个环节,势必成为新工科时代的主流教学模式。 The practical knowledge of college students is implicit,which is difficult to measure and evaluate.This study,taking teaching reform in information management majors as the breakthrough point,summarizes five key teaching sectors that are in line with the construction philosophy of emerging engineering,including individual learning,team learning,practice communities,classroom teaching and target assessment.In this paper fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)is used to analyze the complex casual effect between five kinds of teaching behaviors and the practical knowledge creation of undergraduates,refining two creation paths of practical knowledge:classroom-dominating path and practice-dominating path.The two paths are distinguished by different teaching paradigms.The classroom-dominating path,as a traditional teaching model,is conducted mainly through classroom teaching and team learning,which is still applicable in this emerging engineering era.The practice-dominating path emphasizes team learning and practice community,and this paradigm is bound to become the mainstream teaching mode in the emerging engineering era.
