高校书院制育人机制探析

书院制是高校推进教育管理体制改革、探索全人教育培养模式的重要举措。围绕促进学生全面发展根本任务,探索书院在育人、管理、学生发展过程中的规律与作用,对促进书院制育人合力最大化具有重要意义。对书院制育人基础、育人精髓、育人重点、育人灵魂、育人特色、美育载体分析,各校书院改革差异化措施比较,各类不同机制育人模式总结,丰富了书院育人机制的理论与内涵,为高校书院制改革提供了理论基础、经验模式与范式指引。

Residential college system is an important method of promoting the reform on education management system and exploring the holistic education training model.With the fundamental task of promoting comprehensive development of students,to explore rules and functions of colleges in the process of educating,managing,and developing students is of great significance to promote the maximum synergy of colleges.This paper analyzes the foundation,essence,key points,soul and characteristics of educating students,and carrier of good education.By comparing the reform of differentiated measures adopted in colleges,this paper sums up different education models,enriching theory and connotation of residential college education mechanism,and providing theoretical basis,empirical model and paradigm for the reform in residential college system in China.
