产学研融合的创新人才培养机制构建——美国实时功能成像科技中心的案例剖析 被引量:11

On the Construction of Industry-University-Research Integration Mechanism for Innovation Talents Cultivation

摘要 在新一轮科技革命及创新驱动发展战略的大背景下,通过剖析产学研融合培养创新人才的代表性案例,可以为建设完善我国人才培养机制提供有益启示。美国实时功能成像科技中心融合产业、教育、科研等不同社会部门的力量培养创新人才,其逻辑是:围绕梯队培养与多重职能确定目标导向,围绕团队分工与螺旋协同拓展教学内容,围绕资源竞争与组织重构推进活动过程。借鉴其经验,我国在目前的创新人才培养基础之上,应进一步面向重点产业强化培养战略,鼓励适度竞争激发知识创新,发挥组织柔性保障教学开展。 With a new round of scientific and technological revolution and the innovation-driven development,the analysis of the typical case of industry-university-research integration for training innovation talents might enlighten the construction of the talent cultivation mechanism in China.The U.S.Science and Technology Center on Real Time Functional Imaging integrates the strength from different social sections,including industry,education and R&D sectors to train innovation talents.In its cultivating philosophy,the target is directed by the initiatives of talent pipeline construction and the muti identities of talents in society,the due priority given to the different roles of students playing in their team and their frequent cooperation can contribute to developing the content of education,and the process can be promoted with the resource competing and organizations reconstructing.Learning from the case experience and grounded on the current situation of innovation talent education strategy,the training strategy in key industries should be enhanced,appropriate competition should be encouraged to stimulate the innovation of knowledge,and the organizations should translate its flexibility in nature into practice.
