早期颅骨修补治疗脑外伤合并脑积水临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Early Skull Repair in the Treatment of Traumatic Brain Injury with Hydrocephalus

目的研究脑外伤脑积水合并症治疗中早期的颅骨修补临床治疗疗效。方法方便选取该院2015年4月—2019年5月收治脑外伤脑积水合并症50例患者,随机均分为两组,常规组实施脑室腹腔的分流术,实验组以脑室腹腔的分流术为基础实施早期的颅骨修补临床治疗,观察两组Barthel、SF-36、Fugl-Mager、NIHSS指数变化和治疗效果。结果相比常规组,治疗后实验组的Barthel、SF-36、Fugl-Meyer、NIHSS指数改善显著,差异有统计学的意义(t=5.517、5.631、3.061、11.233,P<0.05);实验组治疗效果显著,可达88.00%,高于对照组(χ^2=4.161,P<0.05)。结论脑外伤脑积水合并症治疗中,早期的颅骨修补临床治疗疗效突出,应用价值显著。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of early skull repair in the treatment of complications of hydrocephalus in traumatic brain injury.Methods Fifty patients with cerebral trauma and hydrocephalus complication in the hospital from April 2015 to May 2019 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups.The conventional group was shunted into the ventricle and abdominal cavity,and the experimental group was based on the shunt of the ventricle and abdominal cavity.Implement early clinical treatment of skull repair and observe the changes of Barthel,SF-36,Fugl-Meyer,NIHSS index and treatment effect in the two groups.Results Compared with the conventional group,the Barthel,SF-36,Fugl-Meyer,and NIHSS indexes of the experimental group improved significantly after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.517,5.631,3.061,11.233,P<0.05),the treatment effect of the experimental group was significant,reaching 88.00%,which was higher than that of the conventional group(χ~2=4.161,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of comorbid hydrocephalus due to traumatic brain injury,early clinical treatment of skull repair is effective and has significant application value.
