胃癌患者运用腹腔镜手术及开腹手术干预治疗中的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effects of Laparoscopic Surgery and Open Surgery in Interventional Treatment of Gastric Cancer Patients

目的分析胃癌患者运用腹腔镜手术及开腹手术干预治疗中的临床效果。方法在该院患者中随机选取2018年10月—2019年10月共120例胃癌患者作为研究对象,以电脑随机的方法将患者对半分为对照组和实验组,每组60例。对照组采用开腹手术治疗,实验组采用腹腔镜手术治疗。观察两组的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的术后的VAS评分(3.5±1.2)分低于对照组(4.5±1.8)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.580,P<0.001);实验组患者的住院时长(7.3±1.1)d和出血量(90.2±23.2)mL均低于对照组的住院时长(14.2±2.2)d和出血量(212.2±32.4)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=21.720、23.710,P<0.001)。实验组患者的术后并发症发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(13.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.920,P=0.040)。结论以腹腔镜手术干预治疗胃癌患者可以降低患者的疼痛程度,减少患者住院时间和出血量,降低患者的并发症发生率,在对胃癌患者的治疗具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery intervention in patients with gastric cancer.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,a total of 120 patients with gastric cancer were selected as the research objects in the hospital.The patients were divided into control and experimental groups in half by computer randomization,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open surgery,and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.Observe the treatment effect of the two groups.Results The postoperative VAS score(3.5±1.2)points of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(4.5±1.8)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.580,P<0.001);the length of hospital stay of the experimental group was(7.3±1.1)d and blood loss(90.2±23.2)m L were lower than the length of hospitalization(14.2±2.2)d and blood loss(212.2±32.4)mL of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=21.720,23.710,P<0.001).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(13.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=3.920,P=0.040).Conclusion Laparotomy intervention in the treatment of patients with gastric cancer can reduce the degree of pain,reduce the length of hospitalization and bleeding,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with gastric cancer.It has promotional value in the treatment of patients with gastric cancer.
