飞利浦64排增强CT扫描在胃癌术前分期中的运用意义研究

Study on the Significance of Philips 64-slice Enhanced CT Scan in Preoperative Staging of Gastric Cancer

目的研究飞利浦64排增强CT扫描在胃癌术前分期中的运用意义。方法方便抽取2016年11月—2019年11月该院的102例胃癌患者,均行飞利浦64排增强CT扫描,后行病理学检查,并将其结果作为依据,观察飞利浦64排增强CT扫描的准确性。结果飞利浦64排增强CT扫描患者N0期、N1期、N2期检出率分别为42.16%(43例)、29.41%(30例)、28.43%(29例);组织病理学诊断患者N0期、N1期、N2期检出率分别为41.18%(42例)、31.37%(32例)、27.45%(28例),两组差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.020,0.0439,0.024,P>0.05)。将组织病理学结果作为依据,可发现飞利浦64排增强CT扫描在胃癌患者N0期、N1期、N2期的检出准确率分别为97.67%(42/43)、93.75%(30/32)、96.55%(28/29)。飞利浦64排增强CT扫描患者T1、T2、T3、T4期检出准确率分别为95.65%(22/23)、94.44%(34/36)、79.17%(19/24)、84.00%(21/25)。结论在胃癌术前分期中实施飞利浦64排增强CT扫描,能获得准确率较高的分期结果 ,可为临床治疗提供依据。

Objective To study the significance of Philips 64-slice enhanced CT scan in preoperative staging of gastric cancer.Methods Convenient celect A total of 102 patients with gastric cancer in the hospital from November 2016 to November 2019 underwent Philips 64-slice enhanced CT scan,followed by pathological examination,and the results were used as the basis to observe the accuracy of Philips 64-slice enhanced CT scan.Results The detection rates of N0,N1,and N2 stages in patients with Philips 64-slice enhanced CT scan were 42.16%(43 cases),29.41%(30 cases),28.43%(29 cases);histopathologically diagnosed patients with N0 stage,the detection rates of N1 stage and N2 stage were 41.18%(42 cases),31.37%(32 cases),and 27.45%(28 cases),respectively.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ~2=0.020,0.044,0.024,P>0.05).Based on the histopathological results,it can be found that the accuracy of Philips 64-slice enhanced CT scan in patients with gastric cancer in N0,N1,and N2 stages was 97.67%(42/43),93.75%(30/32),96.55%(28/29).The accuracy rates of T1,T2,T3,and T4 phases of patients on Philips 64-slice enhanced CT scan were 95.65%(22/23),94.44%(34/36),79.17%(19/24),84.00%(21/25).Conclusion The implementation of Philips 64-slice enhanced CT scan in the preoperative staging of gastric cancer can obtain a more accurate staging result,which can provide a basis for clinical treatment.
