煤场1^#堆取料机回转装置轨道焊接技术探讨

摘要 铁焦事业部原煤堆场使用两台堆取料机于1995年投运,至今已超设计运行了17年,目前设备的性能下降,磨损严重,隐患缺陷已影响堆取料机的生产运行,其回转轨道磨损下沉达10 mm以上,回转走行轮磨损出现偏斜带锥度,进入2019年,回转部分多次出现跳道现象,严重制约了生产运行,为保证堆取料机生产运行,在将跳道的回转体扶上道后,需对其回转轮、轨道、内轨进行相应处理,可暂时满足生产要求. The two stacker-reclaimers were put into operation in 1995 in the storage field of raw coal in Industrial Department of Ironmaking and Coking in Shuigang.They have been operated for 17 years which is already longer than their designed lifetime.At present,their rotary tracks get very heavy wear,their performance declines,their hidden defects have affected their operation.Their rotary tracks subside over more than 10 mm due to wear.Their rotary wheels have become skew and tapered.In 2019,their rotary wheels jumped out of tracks for many times,which seriously restricts their operation.Their rotary wheels out of tracks must be lifted onto tracks again,then the corresponding treatment of rotary wheels and tracks is needed to ensure their operation and meet productive requirements temporarily.
