水钢3^#高炉炉缸侧壁温度升高治理实践

摘要 针对3#高炉炉缸侧壁局部温度上升至623℃,通过采取提高钛球配加比例、调整高炉冶炼参数、炉缸开孔灌浆等系列技术,炉缸侧壁温度得到有效的控制,实现了高炉安全高产稳定运行. In view of the fact that the local temperature in hearth side wall in No.3 blast furnace rises to 623℃,a series of technical measures such as increasing the proportion of titanium ball in furnace charge,adjusting the smelting parameters of blast furnace,holing and grouting in hearth side wall are adopted so that the temperature in hearth side wall is effectively controlled and the safe high-yield stable operation of blast furnace is carried out.
