摘要
目的探究在医学本科耳鼻喉科临床教学改革中实施PBL(以问题为基础)教学法的应用效果。方法纳入2018年1月—2018年12月期间于医院耳鼻喉科见习的80例2014级五年制本科临床医学生开展研究,按随机排列法分为对照组40例(传统教学法),研究组40例(PBL教学法),对比两组考试成绩和满意度。结果研究组理论考试及操作考试成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法在医学本科耳鼻喉科临床教学改革中具有较好的应用效果,可激发学生的学习兴趣从而提高独立思考问题和独立解决问题的能力,并且提高学生的教学满意度。
Objective To explore the applied value of PBL(problem-based learning)during the otolaryngology teaching.Methods 80 undergraduate medical students of 2014 practiced from January 2018 to December 2018 were investigated.According to random ranking method,students were assigned to control group(n=40,traditional teaching)and research group(n=40,PBL mode).The examination scores and learning satisfaction were compared.Results The examination scores of theory test and operation skills in the research group were higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the learning satisfaction in the research group(95.00%)was higher than control group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL has obvious effects,which can arouse student’s learning interests,and improve their independent thinking and problem-solving ability,and learning satisfaction.
