摘要
目的探讨应用标准化操作规程(standard operation procedure,SOP)在临床教学培训伤口造口专科护士中的应用效果。方法以2018年1月—2019年12月在医院泌尿外科进行伤口造口专科培训的79名护士为研究对象。按时间进行分组,2018年1月—2018年12月为传统教学方法组(n=40)和2019年1月—2019年12月为运用SOP培训教学组(n=39);比较2组学员出科时专业理论知识、专科操作技能成绩及对临床教学的满意度。结果SOP教学组护士出科时专业理论知识、专科操作技能成绩均优于传统教学方法组(P<0.05)。满意度调查结果显示SOP教学组高于传统方法组(P<0.05)。结论运用SOP培训在伤口造口专科护士的教学中效果更佳,满意度更高。
Objective To explore the application effect of the standard operation procedure in clinical teaching and training of wound stoma specialist nurses.Methods The study was conducted with 79 nurses who trained in wound management specialist training in urology in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.Grouped by time,January 2018 to December 2018 is the traditional teaching method group(n=40)and January 2019 to December 2019 for the use of SOP training teaching group(n=39).Comparing the professional theoretical knowledge,professional operating skills and satisfaction with clinical teaching of the two groups of students when they were out of the study.Results The professional theoretical knowledge and professional operation skills of nurses in SOP teaching group were better than those of the traditional teaching method group(P<0.05).The satisfaction survey results showed that the SOP teaching group was higher than the traditional method(P<0.05).Conclusion SOP training is better in the teaching of wound stoma specialist nurses,and is more satisfying.
