摘要
目的对PDA移动教学法在护士教学上臂植入式输液港管理技能中的应用价值进行探讨。方法选择2017年8月—2019年8月医院实习护士110例作为该研究的研究对象,通过随机法分为55例对照组(传统课堂教学)与55例研究组(PDA移动教学法),比较不同方法的实际教学效果。结果研究组护士对于教学的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组理论知识成绩、技能操作成绩及实践总成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在上臂植入式输液港管理技能护士教学中,可通过PDA移动教学法提升实践考核成绩,确保教学满意度得到提高。
Objective To probe into the application value of PDA mobile teaching method in the management skills of nurse teaching upper arm implantable infusion port.Methods 110 nurses in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study,and the interns were randomly divided into the control groups of 55 cases(traditional classroom teaching)and study group of 55 cases(PDA mobile teaching).Then,the actual teaching effect of different methods were compared.Results The teaching satisfaction of nurses in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The results of theoretical knowledge,skill operation and practice in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of management skill nurses of upper arm implantable infusion port,and the PDA mobile teaching method can be used to improve the performance of practice assessment,ensure the improvement of teaching satisfaction.
