协同医院提高住院医师培训质量的措施探讨

住院医师规范化培训是继医学本科院校教育之后的教育阶段,住院医师经过规范化培训,实现从医学生向合格临床医师的转变。住院医师培训对提高医疗服务质量、保障医疗安全、建设人才培养长效机制具有重要意义。作为国家级住院医师规范化培训基地的协同医院,在医疗水平、医师质量、师资力量、教学资源与环境等方面与国家级基地之间存在明显差距,要保证住院医师培训质量的同质化,协同医院住院医师培训管理人员查找不足,分析原因,并探讨适合本院培训实际的应对措施。通过采取与主基地建立紧密联系、自觉接受国家级主基地的督导、加强师资培训、制定个性化的培训计划并落实、严格考核等多种措施,不断提高教学质量。

The standardized training of residents is the education stage after the education of medical colleges and universities.After standardized training,residents realize the transformation from medical students to qualified clinicians.Resident training is of great significance to improve the quality of medical services,ensure medical safety and build a long-term mechanism for talent training.There is a significant gap between the collaborative hospital and the national level base in terms of medical level,quality of doctors,teachers,teaching environment,etc.To ensure the homogeneity of the quality of resident training,the hospital's resident training management staff try to find out the deficiencies,analyze the reasons,and explore the countermeasures suitable for the actual training of the hospital.Through keeping close contact with the main base,consciously accepting the supervision of the national main base,strengthening teacher training,making personalized training plan and implementing,strict assessment and other measures,the teaching quality is constantly improved.
