耳穴埋豆联合穴位贴敷对冠心病心绞痛的临床价值

Clinical Value of Auricular Point Embedding Beans Combined With Acupoint Application on Coronary Heart Disease With Angina Pectoris

目的分析研究耳穴埋豆联合穴位贴敷对冠心病心绞痛患者中医症状评分及生活质量的影响。方法依据随机数字表法,将2016年1月—2019年1月在医院治疗的64例冠心病心绞痛患者平均分为参照组与研究组,参照组选择常规治疗,研究组添加耳穴埋豆联合穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组中医症状评分与生活质量评分。结果对比参照组,研究组的各项中医症状评分降低,生活质量评分较高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心绞痛患者实施耳穴埋豆联合穴位贴敷治疗的临床效果确切,不仅可以有效改善患者的临床症状,同时也能够大大提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effects of auricular acupoints combined with acupoint application on TCM symptom scores and quality of life in patients with angina pectoris.Methods According to the random number table method,64 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in our hospital from January to September 2019 were divided into reference group and study group.The reference group chose routine treatment.Combined with acupoint application,the TCM symptom score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group,the TCM symptom scores of the study group were lower,the quality of life scores were higher,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of auricular acupuncture combined with acupoint sticking in patients with angina pectoris is not only effective in improving the clinical symptoms,but also greatly improving the quality of life of patients.
