加速康复外科理念在肝癌患者术后护理中的应用

Application of the Concept of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery in Postoperative Nursing of Patients With Liver Cancer

目的研究分析加速康复外科理念在肝癌患者术后护理中的应用。方法将医院于2019年4月—2020年4月接收的126例肝癌患者作为观察对象,将之随机分为两组,其中一组名为常规组并予以常规护理,另一组名为研究组并予以加速康复外科理念护理,每个小组分别63例。对比分析两组术后肠道通气时间、下床时间、住院时间、患者满意度。结果研究组术后肠道通气时间、下床时间、住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);研究组满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在肝癌患者术后护理中,基于加速康复外科理念的护理措施,能够进一步促使肝癌患者术后肠道功能早日恢复,并缩短其住院时间,还可以提高患者满意度。

Objective To study and analyze the application of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the postoperative nursing of patients with liver cancer.Methods 126 patients with liver cancer received by our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,one group was named as routine group and given routine nursing,the other group was named as research group and given accelerated rehabilitation surgical concept nursing,63 cases in each group.The time of intestinal ventilation,time of getting out of bed,time of hospitalization and patients'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of intestinal ventilation,getting out of bed and hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the study group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the postoperative nursing of patients with liver cancer,the nursing measures based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery can further promote the early recovery of intestinal function of patients with liver cancer,shorten their hospitalization time,and improve patients'satisfaction,which is worth wide application and popularization in clinical practice.
