中西医结合肿瘤学教学中引入案例教学法的实践体会 被引量:2

摘要 基于案例学习(case-based learning,CBL)教学法是将理论与实践教学相结合,以学生为主体,通过采用临床案例引导学生探索问题、发现问题和解决问题,已在多个教学领域均取得了显著的应用效果。与传统教学法相比,CBL教学法更适合医学专业研究生教学,有助于调动学生自主学习的积极性,增强自信心,锻炼临床实践技能,弥补理论授课与临床实践的断层缺陷。本文探讨CBL教学法在中西医结合肿瘤教学中的应用探索,以期为临床教学提供借鉴。 Case-based learning(CBL)teaching method refers to the combination of teaching theory and practice,with the students as the subjects and by using clinical cases,guiding the students to explore,discover and solve problems.CBL teaching method has obtained remarkable achievements during the application in various teaching fields.Compared with traditional teaching methods,CBL teaching method is more suitable for postgraduate medical teaching,which helps to activate the self-learning enthusiasm of the students,enhance selfconfidence,practice clinical skills,and make up for the gap between theoretical teaching and clinical practice.In this paper,we explore the application of CBL teaching method in the teaching of integrated Chinese and Western medicine oncology,so as to provide reference for clinical teaching.
