中医外治法治疗食管癌研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Esophageal Cancer by External Therapies of Traditional Chinese Medicine

食管癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其临床表现主要为吞咽困难,尤其是中晚期患者,甚至出现食管完全梗阻。中医外治法对本病出现的食管梗阻、胸骨后疼痛等症状的疗效显著、不良反应小,临床应用广泛。本文对近年中医外治法治疗食管癌进行总结,就其针刺、药物贴敷、灌肠法、灸法、其他疗法及综合疗法进行分析和概述,旨在为食管癌的诊治提供新思路。

Esophageal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive system.And its clinical manifestations are characterized by dysphagia.In patients with advanced stage,their esophagus is completely obstructed and it is more difficult to take medicine.The external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)have a significant effect on relieving the symptoms of esophageal obstruction pain behind the sternum,with fewer side effects,and have been extensively used in the clinical practice.In this paper,the authors summarize TCM external therapies for esophageal cancer in recent years through literature retrieval,give a brief introduction of acupuncture,drug application,enema,moxibustion,other external therapies and comprehensive therapies for the treatment of esophageal cancer,so as to provide new thoughts for the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer.
