艺术治疗对在韩中国大学生自我效能感的影响——以照片治疗为中心

The Effect of Arts Therapy on Self-Efficacy of Chinese College Students in Korea-Focus on Photo Therapy

本文是以照片治疗为中心的艺术治疗对大学生自我效能感影响的研究。研究采用了金雅英、车正恩(1996)以大学生为对象研究开发的《一般自我效能感量表(SES)》,研究对象是韩国W大学留学的中国大学生28人,并随机安排在实验组和对照组各14人。实验每周2次,每次60分钟,共10次。研究结果表明:照片艺术治疗对大学生整体的自我效能感产生了显著性差异。

This paper is to study the effect of art therapy centered on photo therapy on college students'self-efficacy.In this study,Jin Yaying and Che Zhengen(1996)developed the general self-efficacy scale(SES)for college students.The study subjects were 28 Chinese college students studying in W university of South Korea,and were randomly assigned to 14 students in the experimental group and 14 students in the control group.The experiment was conducted twice a week for 60 minutes,10 times in total.The results show that:Photo art therapy has a significant difference on the overall self-efficacy of college students.
