摘要
本研究以国家特需人才英语教育硕士的培养为契机,整合高校学术研究资源和中小学课堂教学实践优势,围绕各层次教育教学的真实问题,构建大中小学英语教师共谋发展的专业学习共同体,设计了集体智慧个人反思融为一体的学习流程。处于探索适应、稳定成长乃至成熟示范期的新任、青年和中年教师三个群体成长案例显示,共同体有助于各成员实现个性化可持续性的专业发展。
Taking the cultivation of English education master under the project of national special talent as an opportunity,this study integrates rich academic research resources in college with the advantages of classroom teaching practice in primary and secondary schools.A professional learning community is built around various real educational problems for the common development of involved English teachers.A learning process is also designed to make full use of collective wisdom and individual reflection.Typical cases of new,young and middle-aged teachers from different periods of exploring and adapting,keeping growing,and being mature and demonstrating,all show that such a community is beneficial for each member to achieve personalized and sustainable professional development.
