Germany is famous for its high quality products,which is closely related to the spirit of German craftsmen,this paper reviews the historical evolution of German craftsman spirit,analyzes that the"dual system"talent cultivation mode is the cornerstone of German craftsman spirit cultivation,and points out that the cultivation of German craftsman spirit plays an important role in China.
