摘要 从经济社会发展对职教人才素质的诉求,建设有中国特色职教体系的诉求,家长对接受优质教育的诉求分析了中高职衔接的必要性。探讨了中高职衔接的类型;从培养目标、职业面向、课程设置、招生考试制度、技能大赛、教师六维度分析衔接机制,构建了校校联动下的协同育人机制路线;最后给出了校校联动下的协同育人机制的保障措施。 From the demands of economic and social development for the quality of vocational education talents,the demands of building a vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,and the demands of parents for receiving high-quality education,this paper analyzes the necessity of the connection between secondary and higher vocational education.This paper discusses the types of connection between secondary and higher vocational education,analyzes the connection mechanism from the six dimensions of training objectives,career orientation,curriculum setting,enrollment and examination system,skill competition and teachers,and constructs the coordinated education mechanism route under the linkage of school and school,and finally gives the guarantee measures of the coordinated education mechanism under the linkage of school and school.
