摘要
班级作为学生存在的主要时空和载体,其核心内容是班级文化。基于教育与文化的联结逻辑,班级文化作为一套符号标识、一种价值体系、一类规章规约、一个“道德场域”,通过个性化的物质环境、制度性的规范规约、内隐性的精神意向、主体性的班级活动设计的构筑,在诗意的逻辑下,以生活世界为基础,以班级文化生成为路径,以完善生命和促进成长为目标,把班级建设成为充满诗意的环境、精神、品格和行动的综合存在,班级成员成为诗意的栖居者,过上一种面向未来的有丰富意义的班级生活。
The class is where students could be in the same place at the same time,and whose core content is class culture.Based on the connection logic of education and culture,class culture is a set of symbols,a value system,the rules and regulations,and a“moral field”.Through the construction of individualized material environment,institutional rules and regulations,implicit spiritual intention,and subjective activity design,and with the poetic logic,the paper aims to transform class into a place full of poetic environment,spirit etc.The paper hopes that students can be the poetic residents in the class and lead a meaningful life with expectations.
