伴快速眼动睡眠行为障碍帕金森病患者认知功能与睡眠结构的相关性 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析伴快速眼动睡眠行为障碍(RBD)帕金森病患者认知功能与睡眠结构的相关性。方法112例帕金森病患者依据是否伴RBD分为观察组和对照组,两组分别进行简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利贝认知评估量表(MoCA)评估、多导睡眠监测等,分析认知功能与睡眠结构的相关性。结果观察组NREM 1+2期和3期睡眠比例、REM期睡眠比例均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组睡眠潜伏期、REM睡眠潜伏期和觉醒指数均明显较低,REM睡眠周期、TST、SE均明显较短(P<0.05);观察组MMSE评分与MoCA评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总睡眠时间同对照组相比较明显较短(P<0.05)。结论伴RBD帕金森病患者认知功能障碍与睡眠结构紊乱有一定的相关性,睡眠结构紊乱可能加重帕金森病患者的认知功能损害。
