摘要
在316L不锈钢表面化学镀预镀Ni-P,然后在不同温度下对表面电镀Ni-Cu镀层,研究电镀温度对镀层表面形貌和结构的影响,以及镀层在模拟燃料电池电解液环境下的耐蚀性。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对镀层形貌进行研究,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对镀层晶体结构进行分析,运用电化学工作站对含镀层的316L不锈钢进行耐蚀性及稳定性研究。研究结果表明:60℃时获得的镀层致密,Ni-Cu合金嵌入到镀层当中,自腐蚀电流最小,其值为1.67×10^-5 A/cm^2,涂层耐蚀性及稳定性最佳。
The coating was prepared by electroless plating of Ni-P on 316L stainless steel.Then the coating was covered by electroplating Ni-Cu at different temperatures.The effects of temperature of electroplating on the morphology and structure of coating were studied,and the corrosion resistance of coating on substrate was discussed in the simulated environment of PEMFCs.SEM and XRD were used to characterize the morphology and crystal structure of coating.The electrochemical workstation was used to study the corrosion resistance and stability of coating on 316L stainless steel.The results showed that the surface of coating was dense at 60℃,the Ni-Cu alloy was embedded in the coating,and the corrosion current was the smallest,with the value being 1.67×10-5 A/cm2.The coating reached the best corrosion resistance and stability.
