槐耳颗粒治疗乙肝相关原发性肝癌的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of Huaier granule in the treatment of HBV related primary liver cancer

[目的]分析槐耳颗粒对乙肝相关原发性肝癌患者5年生存及无进展生存的影响,进一步了解使用槐耳颗粒对乙肝相关肝癌不同分期、分组的结局的影响,以指导临床治疗。[方法]回顾性收集河南省中医院及北京中医药大学东直门医院2009年1月~2014年9月首次确诊为乙肝相关原发性肝癌的患者801例,其中服用槐耳颗粒143例,未服用中成药患者658例,随访患者生存时间,采集人口学特征及相关临床指标信息,采用SPSS 20.0进行分析,通过COX回归分析筛选出患者生存的保护因素,并对不同分组的患者进行生存分析。[结果]COX回归结果显示,槐耳颗粒的使用是乙肝相关肝癌生存的保护因素(HR=0.377,95%CI 0.289~0.492),进一步分析槐耳颗粒对不同分组的患者结局的影响,结果均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药时间越长,患者生存时间越长(P<0.05)。[结论]槐耳颗粒对不同分组的乙肝相关原发性肝癌患者的生存均有保护作用,且生存时间与用药时间呈正相关。

[Objective]To analyze the effect of Huaier granule on the five-year survival and progression free survival of patients with HBV related primary liver cancer(HCC),and further understand the effect of Huaier granule on the outcome of different stages and groups of HBV related liver cancer,so as to guide the clinical treatment.[Methods]Eight hundred and one cases of hepatitis B-related primary liver cancer were collected retrospectively from January 2009 to September 2014 in Henan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,including 143 patients taking Huaier granule,658 patients not taking Chinese patent medicine,follow-up patients’ survival time,demographic characteristics and relevant clinical indicators of patients were collected,SPSS 20.0 was used to analysis,Cox regression analysis to screen out the protective factors of patients’ survival,and survival analysis of different groups of patients.[Results]Cox regression analysis showed that the use of Huaier granules was a protective factor for the survival of hepatitis B-related liver cancer(HR=0.377,95% CI 0.289-0.492),further analysis of Huaier granules on the outcome of different groups of patients,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).The longer the time of administration,the longer the survival time(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Huaier granule has protective effect on the survival of different groups of patients with hepatitis B-related primary liver cancer,and the survival time is positively correlated with the medication time.
