急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血评分系统的研究进展被引量：12

导出

摘要急性上消化道出血是指Treitz韧带近端的消化道,即食管、胃、十二指肠、胆道及胰管病变引起的急性出血,也包括胃空肠吻合术后吻合口附近病变引起的出血。临床上根据病因的不同,可将其分为急性静脉曲张性和非静脉曲张性上消化道出血(acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,ANVUGIB)两类。
