摘要
探索电气工程及其自动化专业创新型人才培养模式,以培养具有创新型高素质应用型人才为目标,通过将竞赛内容合理引入到教学环节中,开辟教学方式的多样化和教学内容的实用化,同时有效地激发学生对专业课程的兴趣。以电气工程及其自动化专业的专业核心课程——"电力电子技术"为例,通过利用学校已有的软硬件教学和实验设备,对课程的教学大纲和学生培养模式进行改革,将电气电子类竞赛内容融合到专业课程教学中,并探索教-赛-研三位一体的人才培养新模式。通过"以赛促教,赛教融合"的教学方式,提升学生的创新和实践能力。
The cultivation mode of innovative talents for the major of electrical engineering and its automation is explored in this paper.With the aims of cultivating innovative and high-quality applied talents,the teaching reform method introduces the competition contents into the teaching process reasonably,and the diversified teaching methods and practical teaching contents are also explored.The students’interest in professional courses is effectively stimulated.Taking the"power electronics technology"as an example,which is the core curriculum of electrical engineering and its automation,Firstly,the syllabus of the course was carried out based on the utilization of the existing hardware equipment and software in the school lab,then the content of competition was introduced into teaching reform for specialized courses,and the new teaching pattern based on the trinity of teaching-contest-research is explored.Through the teaching method of"promoting teaching by competition and integrating teaching by competition",the students’innovation and practical ability can be improved.
