摘要 利用有限元分析和实验结合的方法研究喷嘴温度和填充速度对熔融沉积成型打印丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)挤出长丝挤出胀大现象的影响。实验选取不同喷嘴温度和填充速度挤出ABS长丝,采用光学显微镜精确测量挤出长丝直径,根据实验数据建立线性回归模型,以研究胀大现象与相关参数之间的关系。采用幂律模型建立熔融态ABS的材料模型,进行了挤出过程的有限元模拟,将得到的结果与实验结果进行对比。结果表明,喷嘴温度和填充速度都是影响胀大现象的显著因素,随着喷嘴温度的升高及填充速度的降低,ABS长丝的挤出胀大比降低,具体参数的选择和胀大比有着很强的线性关系,与填充速度相比,喷嘴温度对于胀大现象的影响更为显著。 The effects of nozzle temperature and filling speed on die swell of ABS filament by fused deposition modeling were studied by finite element analysis and experiment.In the experiment,different nozzle temperatures and filling speeds were selected to extrude ABS filaments,and the diameter of the extruded filaments was accurately measured by an optical microscope.A linear regression model was established based on the experimental data to study the relationship between the swelling phenomenon and related parameters.The material model of melt ABS was established by power law model,and the extrusion process was simulated by finite element method.The experimental results and simulation results were verified.The results show that nozzle temperature and filling speed are the significant factors affecting the swell phenomenon.With the increase of nozzle temperature and the decrease of filling speed,the die swell ratio of ABS filament decreases.There is a strong linear relationship between the selection of specific parameters and the swell ratio.Compared with the filling speed,the influence of nozzle temperature on the swell phenomenon is more significant.
