摘要 针对某SUV仪表台塑件设计了一种多浇口两板热流道注塑模具。模具中,应用6条热流道和9个扇形侧浇口对模腔进行浇注。结构上,基于制造成本及加工方便性,做了以下几点结构优化设计:其一,成型件采用整体式结构以保证其强度,同时为冷却水路的开设提供便利;其二,简化了非标模架的结构,取消导柱导向机构,以插杆式导向机构进行导向,降低了模架的修配难度;其三,动模滑块机构优化为双斜导柱式驱动结构,采用独立导向条导向;其四,定模滑块机构简化为弹滑式滑块机构,斜顶及直顶机构采用顶杆+顶块形式,以便于简化加工和安装;其五,设计了一种头部拼合式顶杆,能有效避免卡扣脚成型件采用成本较高的电火花加工方式进行加工。采取以上设计优化的措施,有利于模具整体加工难度和成本的降低。 A two-plate hot runner injection mould with multi-gate was designed for the plastic parts of a SUV instrument panel.In the mould,6 hot runner and 12 fan-shaped side-gates were used to gate the mold cavity.In the mould structure,based on the manufacturing cost and the convenience of machining,the following structural optimization designs were made.Firstly,the integral structure was adopted for the molding part to ensure its strength and the convenience of setting the cooling water circuit.Secondly,the structure of the non-standard mould base was simplified,the guide pillar guiding mechanism was canceled,and the inserting rod type guiding mechanism was used for guiding,so as to reduce the repair difficulty of the mould base.Thirdly,the slide mechanism in moving mould was optimized to adopt the driving structure of double angle pins and guide with independent guide strips.Fourthly,the slide mechanism in fixed mould was simplified to the spring slide mechanism,the form of ejector pin+ejector block was adopted in the angled and direct ejection mechanism,so as to simplify the machining and installation.Fifthly,a ejector pin with head split type was designed,which could effectively avoid the use of electrical discharge machining with high cost for the processing of snap-fit foot forming parts.The adoption of above design optimization measures is conducive to the reduction of the overall processing difficulty and cost of the mould.
