摘要
以“森林岛屿”为例的婚庆甜品台,制作精致,美食美味,品种繁多,在婚庆甜品台设计中别具匠心。本文分析了森林岛屿主题蛋糕、库布里克(慕斯)、陌上花开(纸杯蛋糕)、茶色少女心(马卡龙塔)、仙女棒(棒棒糖蛋糕)与森灵(翻糖饼干)等多种甜品的制作标准与方法,并提出了确保婚庆甜品台食品质量的控制措施,以为婚庆甜品台的设计和制作提供借鉴。
Taking“Forest Island”as an example,the wedding dessert table with“Forest Island”as an example has exquisite production,delicious food and a variety of varieties.It shows originality in the design of wedding dessert table.This paper analyzes the theme cake of Forest Island,kublick(mu,This paper studies the production standards of many kinds of desserts,such as,,SI),moshanghuakai(paper cup cake),tea girl’s heart(macaronta),fairy stick(lollipop cake),Senling(turning sugar biscuit)etc.,and puts forward the control measures to ensure the food quality of wedding dessert table,It provides a reference for the design and production of wedding dessert table.
