婚庆甜品台的制作标准研究——以《森林岛屿》为例

Study on the Production Standard of Wedding Dessert——Table:a Case Study of Forest Island

以“森林岛屿”为例的婚庆甜品台,制作精致,美食美味,品种繁多,在婚庆甜品台设计中别具匠心。本文分析了森林岛屿主题蛋糕、库布里克(慕斯)、陌上花开(纸杯蛋糕)、茶色少女心(马卡龙塔)、仙女棒(棒棒糖蛋糕)与森灵(翻糖饼干)等多种甜品的制作标准与方法,并提出了确保婚庆甜品台食品质量的控制措施,以为婚庆甜品台的设计和制作提供借鉴。
