浅谈我国辐照食品现存问题和解决方法

通过调查某地区市民对辐照食品的认知情况以及意见和建议,实地走访当地市场、超市了解辐照食品存在的问题与缺陷、商品化程度和市场占有率以及辐照食品市场的发展现状,找到阻碍发展的原因。搜集相关数据,对比国内外辐照食品发展差异,分析存在问题的原因并提出解决方法,有望进一步促进辐照食品产业在国内的发展。

By investigating residents’cognition,opinions and suggestions on irradiated food in a certain area,visiting local markets and supermarkets on the spot to understand the problems and defects of irradiated food,commercialization degree and market share,as well as the development status of irradiated food market,and finding out the reasons that obstruct the development.It is expected to further promote the development of irradiated food industry in China by collecting relevant data,comparing the development differences of irradiated food between domestic and foreign,analyzing the causes of the problems and proposing solutions.
