摘要
本文在国家提出强化高校实践教学背景下,对地方应用型本科院校食品科学与工程开放实验室的构建进行探讨,为创建高效可行的实验室运行模式,深化地方应用型本科院校食品科学与工程专业实践教学改革提供理论依据和实践参考。
Under the background of strengthening practical teaching in colleges and universities,this paper discusses the construction of open Laboratory of food science and engineering in local application-oriented universities,which provides theoretical basis and practical reference for creating efficient and feasible laboratory operation mode and deepening the reform of practical teaching of food science and engineering specialty in local application-oriented colleges.
