This paper discusses the hidden danger of biological safety in the process of animal experiments involved in teaching and Scientific Research of Food Major,and expounds the construction of prevention and control system of biological safety of animal experiment,in order to enhance the awareness of biological safety prevention and self-protection and ensure the safety of life and property of teachers and students.
