摘要
随着现代工业的发展,食品添加剂在食品中的使用日益广泛,但也随之带来了诸多食品安全问题,使得食品添加剂的检测成为食品安全防控的重要环节。本文对色谱-质谱联用技术进行分析,阐述了该技术的应用原理及优势,并在理论研究的基础上,从食品添加剂的含量、成分等的检测角度,论述了色谱-质谱联用技术在食品添加剂检测中的应用。
With the development of modern industry,the use of food additives are increasingly widespread in food,but it also brings a lot of food safety problems,making the detection of food additives become an important part of food safety prevention and control.Based on the analysis of chromatography-mass spectrometry technology,this paper expounds the application principle and advantages of the technology,and on the basis of theoretical research,discusses the application of chromatography-mass spectrometry in the detection of food additives from the perspective of content and composition of food additives.
