摘要
食品安全是最受关注的民生问题之一,儿童身心健康更是社会和家庭关注的重点,通过对庆阳市儿童零食消费行为的调查和食品安全风险因素的检测,得出了相关结论,进而发现市场监管有工作落实不到位、缺乏重点、监管成本高、责任不清等这些问题。由此引发了如何保障儿童食品安全的思考。在未来的儿童零食市场监管中,应当由生产者、经营者、监管者、教育者等多方主体齐抓共管,通过标准生产,加强管理,严格处罚,加大宣传教育等手段,多管齐下,为儿童食品安全奠定基础,为儿童健康成长提供保障。
Food safety is one of the most concern of the people's livelihood issues,focused on children's physical and mental health but also society and family,we through the survey of children's snacks of qingyang city consumer behavior and the risk factors of food safety testing and draws relevant conclusions,and then found the work carries out market supervision does not reach the designated position,lack of focus,high regulatory costs and responsibility is not clear these problems.Therefore,how to ensure the food safety of children is considered.In the future supervision of children’s snack market,producers,operators,regulators,educators and other multiple subjects should jointly manage,through standard production,strengthen management,strict punishment,increase publicity and education and other means,a multi-pronged approach,to lay the foundation for children’s food safety,to provide protection for children’s healthy growth.
