摘要
随着食品行业的发展,食品安全问题也日益突出,食品安全事故的发生对人们的身体健康造成了严重的损害,安全性作为食品的最基本保障,一定要得到重视,更要加强对其供应链的管理。本文分析了食品安全问题,并对食品供应链跟踪管理的重要性以及优化管理策略进行了探讨,希望可以在促进发展经济的同时保障食品安全。
with the development of food industry,food safety issues are also increasingly prominent,food safety accidents caused serious damage to people’s health,food safety as the most basic safeguard of food circulation,must pay more attention to,more to strengthen supply chain management this paper analyzes the food safety problems,and the importance of the management of food supply chain to track and optimized management strategies are discussed in this paper,the hope can be in the economic development and at the same time protect the safety of food.
