气相色谱法测定食品中18种有机氯农药方法优化

Optimization of Method for Determination of 18 Organochlorine Pesticides in Food by Gas Chromatography

本文建立了相关气相色谱法检测的方法,用丙酮及石油醚提取样品中的有机氯农药,用RTX-1701毛细管柱进行分离,电子捕获检测器测定,外标法定量。该方法具有良好的准确度和精密度,在食品中加标平均回收率范围为62.5%~95.6%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~8.0%,该方法检出限为0.0020~0.010 mg·kg^-1。

To establish the related gas chromatography detection method.The organochlorine pesticides were extracted by acetone and petroleum ether,separated by RTX-1701 capillary column,determined by electron capture detector(ECD),and quantified by external standard method.The method has good accuracy and precision.The average recovery of standard addition in food is 62.5%~95.6%,and the relative standard deviation is 1.0%~8.0%.The detection limit of the method is 0.0020~0.010 mg·kg^-1.
