摘要
目的:测定不同鱼龄虹鳟肌肉中微量元素及重金属的含量。方法:采用ICP测定虹鳟中Na、K、P、Ca、Na、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe和Mn的含量,原子荧光测定Se、As、Hg的含量,原子吸收测定Pb、Cd的含量。结果:各元素在其线性关系良好,相关系数R^2>0.9950。用该方法对生物标准物质扇贝进行测定,测定结果均在证书的不确定度范围以内,RSD<4%。结论:该方法测定虹鳟含丰富K、P、Ca、Mg等人体必需的微量元素,而Pb、Cd、As、Hg等有毒元素含量均不超过水产品限量标准要求。
Objective:To determine the content of trace elements and heavy metals in rainbow trout muscles of different fish ages.Methods:ICP was used to determine Na,K,P,Ca,Na,Mg,Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn in rainbow trout,Se,As,and Hg were determined by atomic fluorescence,and Pb and Cd were determined by atomic absorption.Results:Each element has a good linear relationship,and the correlation coefficient R^2>0.9950.This method is used to determine the biological reference material scallop,and the results are all within the uncertainty range of the certificate,and the RSD<4%.Conclusion:This method determines that rainbow trout is rich in essential trace elements such as K,P,Ca,Mg,etc.,while the content of toxic elements such as Pb,Cd,As,and Hg does not exceed the limit requirements of aquatic products.
