摘要
本文研究了固相萃取-气相色谱串级质谱联用方法测定食品中多氯联苯的方法。用二氯甲烷和石油醚从食品中提取,固相萃取净化7种多氯联苯,运用GC-MS/MS进行分析。以内标法定量,加标浓度分别为2、5、50μg·kg^-1时,回收率范围为70.37%~108.98%。相对标准偏差为2.81%~9.85%,回收率及相对标准偏差均符合要求。方法检出限为2μg·kg^-1,用该方法可实现对水产品中多氯联苯的检测。
An analytic method was developed for determination of PCBs in Food by SPE-GC-MS-M S.It adopts a new pretreatment technology,and abstract PCBs from food with from Tea with Dichloromethane and Petroleum Ether(v/v=1/1),Seven kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls were purified by solid phase extraction,then analysis by GC-MS-MS.It was quantified by the internal standard method.When PCBs in sample at the concentrations of 2,5,50 μg·kg-1,the recoveries were in the range of 70.37%~108.98%.The relative standard deviation was2.81 %~9.85%,and the recovery rate and relative standard deviation were in line with the requirements.The limits of detection were 2 μg·kg-1.It was confirmed that the proposed method can be applied in Food analysis.
